Using this site

This site belongs to Omar Mohamed Hamed (known as Omar Hamed). You’re welcome to browse it and get in touch. Please don’t copy, download or reuse the films, images or text, and don’t misuse the enquiry form (for example, by sending spam or trying to break the site).

Who owns what

The films and stills were made for the clients they belong to, and are already published publicly by those clients. They remain the property of those clients and of Omar Hamed, and are shown here as examples of my work. The text and design of this site belong to Omar Hamed.

Brand names and logos

Company names and logos shown on this site belong to their owners. They appear only to identify work I have done or contributed to. They don’t mean that these companies endorse me or this site.

Enquiries and working together

Sending an enquiry doesn’t create a contract and doesn’t oblige either of us to work together. If we do, the work is covered by a separate written agreement.

When we work together

Before any work starts, I send you a contract with a quotation: the services, the price and the delivery date.

Payment is by bank transfer, half up front before I start and the other half on delivery. Payments are non-refundable.

Each video includes two free rounds of changes. From the third round, each extra round is charged. A round of changes fixes something in my edit. A change to the brief, such as a new idea, different footage or a different direction, is new work and is quoted as a new project.

You own your recordings and the finished videos. I may show finished work in my portfolio.

If the contract says something different from this page, the contract applies.

Content from others

If you believe something on this site infringes your rights, write to me at omar19hamed@gmail.com with what it is and why, and I’ll look into it promptly.

No warranty, and limits on liability

I keep this site accurate, but it’s provided as it is, and details such as figures and descriptions may change. To the extent the law allows, I’m not liable for any loss that comes from using this site or relying on it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any dispute will be decided by the courts of Cairo.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it.
